Business registry records confirmed that the company filed for insolvency the same year it was abandoned. The founder and sole liable CEO, Mr. Georg Krause, reportedly evaded both creditors and law enforcement. His facebook profile indicated that he relocated to Singapore, where he seems to continue working in the field of cryptographic security to this day.
